Provides new and existing customer with the best possible service in relation to service requests, suggestions and complaints also resolve customer inquiries and complaints fairly and effectively. Provides product and service information to customer, and identifies opportunities to maintain and increase customer relationship.
- Second level education
- Experience in a customer service environment would be an asset
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other MS applications
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good decision making and communication (written and oral and English, Dutch, French is a plus) skills
- Team – building skills
