NAGICO Insurances is looking for Senior Talent Manager. He/She will report to the Chief HR Officer and form part of the Corporate HR Department that is responsible for strategic leadership, functional oversight, and corporate level decision making within the NAGICO Group of Companies in conjunction with Territory HR Leadership. Within this context, the Senior Talent Manager functions as a specialist in the areas of Recruitment & Onboarding, Total Rewards Management, Employee Experience and Leadership Development & Succession Planning.

Summary of Key Duties & Responsibilities

  • Serves as In-house recruitment specialist tasked with the design and oversight of Corporate recruitment, selection and onboarding policies, procedures and practices to ensure that the Company hires and retains best talent.
  • Manage recruitment, selection and onboarding process for key talent within the Group. (Key Talent: Management, specialist functions, Corporate positions etc.).
  • Partner with the HR team and leadership to assess the effectiveness of current the organization’s pay and benefits programs in relation the employee needs, organizational context, and culture, relative to the external market environment and implement change where necessary.
  • Focus on Employer branding & Employer value proposition with the goal of creating a healthy, engaging, and attractive working environment for the organization to get the most out of their people (engagement, and retention strategies).
  • Lead the design, roll-out and evaluation of employee survey results to internal relevant stakeholders.
  • Develop and monitor company-wide employee rewards and recognition initiatives.
  • Support HR Leaders in planning & developing organization-wide processes and practices that will facilitate individual and team effectiveness (performance management) in line with Corporate objectives.
  • Collaborate with HR Leaders to identify and manage organizational competencies that are essential to the success of the organization (training & development).
  • Manage NAGICO Group Leadership development & succession management framework and compliance thereof.

Required Qualification & Experience

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in HR Management, Business or related field or equivalent education, training and experience;
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant HR Management experience, preferably in sizable organizations with regional/international operations;
  • Extensive hands-on experience in recruitment particularly, for Senior Management level and above.
  • Familiarity with compensation and benefit management practices within the Caribbean Region.
  • Excellent communication skills both orally and in writing in English. Multi-lingual skills (Dutch, French, Papiamento, Spanish) would be an asset;
  • Strong leadership and project management skills
  • Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
