We are looking for a Customer Relations Officer to join our Sales Department

JOB SUMMARY

The Customer Relations Officer (CRO) addresses any simple questions or issues that customers may have and works to rectify issues experienced by individual customers, as well as aims to improve the organization’s overall customer satisfaction ratings. The CRO is responsible for screening calls, transferring them to the proper departments, greeting customers, and directing them to the appropriate Sales Representative. The CRO will handle customers’ inquiries and concerns professionally and efficiently and ensure effective problem resolution to exceed customer satisfaction and customer loyalty.

MAIN DUTIES

  • Greets and welcomes customers in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner, and directs them to the appropriate department.
  • Answers incoming phone calls promptly and professionally.
  • Records customer concerns/complaints, inquiries and suggestions in the CRM and handles them appropriately.
  • Provides administrative support to the Sales Manager with all administrative duties and responsibilities.
  • Oversees the showroom display, keeps a safe and clean reception area and customer service lounge, and ensures these areas are always welcoming, presentable and tidy by selecting the appropriate music, reading and promotional material, coffee and other items for the best ambiance

REQUIREMENTS

  • High School diploma or GED
  • A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role
  • Computer literacy-competent in Microsoft Office and the use of identified software with the ability to learn new applications
  • Valid driver’s license with an excellent driving record
  • Excellent reading, writing, and comprehension in English
