Provides new and existing customer with the best possible service in relation to service requests, suggestions and complaints also resolve customer inquiries and complaints fairly and effectively. Provides product and service information to customers, and identifies opportunities to
maintain and increase customer relationships.


Job requirements:

  • Minimum education: MBO Degree/secondary education
  • Experience in a customer service environment in the retail or in a similar sector would be an asset
  • Computer Savvy, with experience working in MS Office
  • Be able to multitask
  • Cope in a fast-paced, high pressure environment
  • Pleasant and Energetic
