Overview
The purpose of this position is to support customers. This main responsibility covers various duties such as: welcoming clients and visitors and directing them to the correct person/location to ensure a welcoming environment and enhance customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Great Customer Service to SLS clients
- Greets clients and other visitors when they arrive at the laboratory
- Direct clients to the right location within SLS
- Helps clients with general information
- Handles complaints from clients
- Keep general tidy and presentable
Requirements and skills needed:
- High School diploma
- At least 3 years experience in a similar position
- Great Customer Service skills
- Can work independently
- Strong skills with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Maintain a presentable work area
- Great communication skills
- Good command of the English language, ability to speak French & Spanish is a plus.
