The purpose of this position is to support customers. This main responsibility covers various duties such as: welcoming clients and visitors and directing them to the correct person/location to ensure a welcoming environment and enhance customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Great Customer Service to SLS clients
  • Greets clients and other visitors when they arrive at the laboratory
  • Direct clients to the right location within SLS
  • Helps clients with general information
  • Handles complaints from clients
  • Keep general tidy and presentable

Requirements and skills needed:

  • High School diploma
  • At least 3 years experience in a similar position
  • Great Customer Service skills
  • Can work independently
  • Strong skills with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Maintain a presentable work area
  • Great communication skills
  • Good command of the English language, ability to speak French & Spanish is a plus.
