Customer Service Representative

Overview

To serve as a direct point of contact for Customers, interact with Customers to provide information in response to inquiries about products or services and to handle and resolve complaints.

Job Requirements

-Minimun 1 year experience in Sales and Customer Service
-Available to work flexible hours
-Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Outlook
-Fluent in Dutch and English, verbal and written. Spanish is a plus
-Ability to maintain calm in stressful situations
