PJIAE N.V. Human Resources department is recruiting a HR Advisor. The HR Advisor position is a pleasant mix between HR administration work, aiding policy development and implementation and advising team managers and staff on HR related topics. It requires your broad knowledge of HR, your well-thought-out ideas and your relevant work experience, preferably gained on topics like Performance & Talent Management, Absenteeism management & Wellbeing. We want to further build on the Learning & Organizational Development.

This function with lots of growing potential and ideal for an HR professional ready to
climb to a higher professional level. You will operate in a small team with five HR professionals where we all support each other, making the best of our talents and skills in order to lead the organization in our field to an even more professional place to work and to support the organizational strategy in the process. You report directly to the HR Director.

THE ROLE

  • You will make a valuable contribution to the implementation of our HR plans and projects.
  • You advise and support our Managers on HR-related matters, such as team development, culture & well-being, and other personnel areas.
  • You will work on integrated Talent Management & performance systems, HR policies, HR procedures, dashboards, and portals to support a learning organization.
  • Together with your HR colleagues, you ensure the optimization and harmonization of HR processes.
  • You will work to optimize the Employee Experience by collaborating closely with key partners to understand critical employee interactions and journeys, identify moments that matter, and develop solutions to improve the overall employee experience.
  • You know how to provide clear insight into HR topics and analyze data quickly and efficiently.
  • You are a strong discussion partner for managers, and you can very well have professional and confidential conversations.
  • You are careful in drawing advice, recording data, and weighing different interests.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

  • At least 4 solid years of work experience in an HR position.
  • Excellent command of English and Dutch (written and spoken).
  • Demonstratable working knowledge and understanding of employment legislation, policies, and HR best practices.
  • Experience with managing Training & Development programs and managing needs assessment methods.
  • Ability to influence, network, negotiate, counsel, and mediate in responsibility in areas such as complex disciplinary and grievance procedures.
  • Well organized and able to juggle multiple tasks; dynamic and result-orientated, meets deadlines.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
  • Possess an enthusiastic and approachable personality.
  • Is IT tech-savvy and preferably experienced in working with HR software. We operate in the Cloud.
  • Is proactive, detailed-oriented, and collaborative.
  • Has a positive mindset, a can-do attitude, and excellent communication skills.
  • Enjoy working in fast-paced environments
