Officer AR Budgeting & Reporting
Job Summary:
To set-up, analyze and adjust the administrative organization and the administrative procedural framework.
Responsibilities:
- Assists with the budgeting process and ensures compliance.
- Assists with audits and provides financial reports.
- Takes corrective measures to ensure an efficient & accurate administration.
- Executes & analyzes complex computations.
- Clarifies problems within processes and makes recommendations for improvement to management.
- Provides forecasting based on historical trends.
- Reviews customer accounts to determine which accounts require the initiation of collection and investigative actions.
Requirements:
- HBO-level in Accounting.
- Advanced knowledge of planning and budgeting systems.
- Knowledge of processing data in computerized systems.
- Advanced knowledge of computerized accounting and/or billing systems
- Knowledge of procurement and logistical processes
