Officer AR Budgeting & Reporting

We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to take on the responsibility of a AR Officer, budgeting & reporting. Do you have what it takes to join our financial team?

Job Summary:

To set-up, analyze and adjust the administrative organization and the administrative procedural framework.

Responsibilities:

  •  Assists with the budgeting process and ensures compliance.
  • Assists with audits and provides financial reports.
  • Takes corrective measures to ensure an efficient & accurate administration.
  • Executes & analyzes complex computations.
  • Clarifies problems within processes and makes recommendations for improvement to management.
  • Provides forecasting based on historical trends.
  • Reviews customer accounts to determine which accounts require the initiation of collection and investigative actions.

Requirements:

  • HBO-level in Accounting.
  • Advanced knowledge of planning and budgeting systems.
  • Knowledge of processing data in computerized systems.
  • Advanced knowledge of computerized accounting and/or billing systems
  • Knowledge of procurement and logistical processes
