Overview

SXM Beer is currently seeking a dynamic candidate for the position of:

Senior Manager

Responsibilities

1. Assisting the General manager in organizing planning and implementing strategy.
2. Coordinating warehouse operation.
3. Enduring schedules and objectives are met by employees.
4. Skilled at organizing and solving problems.
5. Help with coordinating daily customer service operation  ( orders, payment, sales processes)
6. Monitor and maintain store inventory.
7. Supervise and motivate staff to perform their best.
8. Handling complaints from customers.
9. Create reports analyze and implement retail data like revenues, expenses, and competition.
10. Conduct regular audits to ensure the brewery is functional and presentable
11. Make sure all employees adhere to the company’s policies and guidelines.
12. Helping with events when needed.

Requirements

1. Proven experience as an Assistant Manager or similar position
2. Experience in Bookkeeping
3. Familiarity with financial and customer service principles
4. Good math skills with the ability to create and analyze reports, spreadsheets, and sales statistics
5. Proficient user of MS Office (MS Excel in particular)
6. Leadership and organizational abilities
7. Interpersonal and communication skills
8. Problem-solving attitude
9. Flexibility to work on weekends
